WARRANTY

Processing Services and Materials supplied by Meyer Engineered Materials  (MEM), is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of shipment against defects in workmanship and materials supplied by MEM. 

Defects are defined as deviations from original specifications and do not include intended use, errors in proper installation, rated loads, environment and usage. Any defects in materials and/or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at MEM’s option, F.O.B. Meyer Engineered Materials – Grind-All plant. 

 Meyer Engineered Materials – Grind-All shall in no event be responsible for special, indirect or consequential damages, nor for repairs or replacements made by others without the written authorization of Meyer Engineered Materials – Grind-All. Correction of defects by repairing or replacing shall constitute the fulfillment of Meyer Engineered Materials – Grind-All warranty.

Meyer Engineered Materials – Grind-All’s liability on any claim of any kind, including negligence, for any loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the use of any process or material supplied by Meyer Engineered Materials – Grind-All, shall in no case exceed 2X the total price paid for work done on each unit.

Meyer Engineered Materials shall in no event be responsible for special, indirect or consequential damages, nor for repairs or replacements made by others without the written authorization of Meyer Engineered Materials. Payment for services and material must be “current” and within the procurement contractual terms of payment for the product to have an active warranty. 

 The foregoing warranty is in lieu of any other warranty or obligation expressed or implied, and no liability is assumed by Meyer Engineered Materials – Grind-All except as is expressly stated above.

It is expressly understood and agreed that Meyer Engineered Materials – Grind-All makes no warranty with respect to any material not manufactured by Meyer Engineered Materials – Grind-All or with respect to any components design and of Meyer Engineered Materials – Grind-All equipment manufactured by others. In all such cases, the Buyer shall rely solely on the warranty and/or independent testing agency certifications of the manufacturers of such equipment or component, if any.
